國家中醫藥研究所所長蘇奕彰認為，疫情讓台灣開發出一套可以因應疾病的中醫藥研發系統，這樣專病專方的模式已持續在其他重大疾病上使用，他信心十足地說道：「台灣可望成為領先全球開發出治療困難疾病的中藥！」

Yi-chang Su, director of the National Research Institute of Chinese Medicine, believes that the Covid-19 pandemic has made Taiwan develop a TCM research and development system that can respond to diseases. This model of special prescriptions for specific diseases has been continuously used in other major diseases.
